My wife and I would like to highly recommend the Cole Group, led by Anthony Cole for your property management as well as realtor services. We contracted with the Cole Group in 2018 to manage the lease of our property. Anthony’s team was able to quickly find a quality renter for our property and during the time we leased our property, we were impressed with the professional and competent management provided by the Cole Group. In the spring of 2019, we listed the same property for sale, which Anthony’s team competently and efficiently managed throughout the listing, ultimately leading to the quick identification of a seller for our property. Finally, during the close process, we encountered several issues (resulting from actions taken by the eventual buyer) that had the potential to significantly delay the closing. Anthony proactively identified solutions to address these problems and worked efficiently with the involved parties to address these issues and keep the closure on track. Overall Anthony was a strong advocate of our interests during the time we both leased and ultimately sold our property, and Anthony’s combination of experience, professionalism and pro-activeness helped to mitigate against issues that could have significantly delayed the selling of our property.

“We were extremely fortunate to have Anthony Cole manage our property. He was professional and extremely easy to get along. His service was superb, we did not have to worry about the property at all; we knew Anthony would us to the right decision ( which he did over and over). He would always keep us informed. Before Anthony we had two other property management (two we had prior to Anthony are nation wide known) company; these two hardly visited the propert and would always take the side of the renters. In one incident renter lied about water bill and wanted me to pay for their bill. The property management company at that time wanted me to pay the bill without verifying their claim. When I turned the property over to Anyhony, he went to the property and verified personally that their were no pipe leaks, etc that could cause it and then he asked the tenant to show the water bill. Since then the tenant never provided the bill and never complained about it. Prior to Anthony, I paid so many numerous fixing cost that other management company would claim every month; All that stopped after I turned over the propert to Anthony. He will take care of you. I consider Anthony’s company as a great property management company and through this business relation I have gained a great friend.
